Before you begin
15 questions, about 15–20 minutes. You will see your result on screen and receive the full report by email — your scores are kept without anything that identifies you, and only ever shown in aggregates of five or more.
pAIRI — the Personal AI Readiness Index
Measures how ready you are to understand, use, and benefit from AI at work. Unlike a traditional test, pAIRI teaches you about AI readiness while you assess — you learn as you go — across Mindset, Ethics & Responsibility, Value Creation, Data Literacy, and Tools & Technical Skills.
This is not a test
There are no right or wrong answers, and nothing to pass. Answer as you actually work today — honest evidence of where you stand is far more useful than a flattering result.
Reassess as you grow
Readiness moves as AI and your habits change. Reassess pAIRI every 3–6 months, and oAIRI every 6 months or after major organisational changes — your scores follow your behaviour.
